Small Steps to Health and Wealth

Price: Free ($20.00 book is optional).
Class is free, fun and interactive. Participants will be led through a discussion of motivational strategies for behavior changes and develop a personal action plan. Participants can join motivation teams that will support each other for six weeks to help establish desired habits. Later participants can gather to share ideas and tips and celebrate success. Class content is based on the book, Small Steps to Health and Wealth™, by Rutgers Cooperative Extension faculty members Dr. Barbara O’Neill, CFP, and Dr. Karen Ensle, RD.
