I don't know much about most of this proposal, but I do know quite a bit about one section of it. I've tried to discuss the issue with multiple entities, but I'm starting to get the impression that everyone fears the long arm of the parks dept. When/how did they get so much power, anyway? I think it's high time they were issued a full pair of boots for their behavior.
