Most snowboard films are filled with sick grabs and dare-devil stunts, with some requisite bro talk about said tricks and flips. This documentary has those, until one goes horribly wrong for pro-rider Kevin Pearce. Commentary turns from the awesomeness of living the dream to the fear of losing the love and passion of one’s life, and the struggle to walk, talk and get back on the slopes.
Director: Lucy Walker
Producer: Julian Cautherley, Lucy Walker, Geralyn White Dreyfous and Sheila Nevins
