The Epitome of Hypocrisy

"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible,

"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all" - except homosexuals! Hypocrisy epit-omized.

Article I, Section 1, Oregon Constitution: "Natural rights inherent in people. We declare that all men, when they form a social compact are equal in right" - except homosexuals! Hypocrisy and prejudice epitomized.


Amendment 14, Section 1, U.S. Constitution: "All persons born or natural-ized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws" - except homosexuals! Hypocrisy, prejudice and ignorance epitomized.

Senate Bill 2, Section 1: "...to insure the human dignity of all people within this state and protect their heath, safety and morals from the consequences of intergroup hostility, tensions and practices of discrimination OF ANY KIND based on...sexual orientation..." (emphasis added) - ignored by the opposition

Such hypocrisy, prejudice and ignorance epitomize the opponents of gay rights, who are attempting to sabotage (repeal) the anti-discrimination and civil union laws of Oregon. Their attempt is above the law, anti-Christian (as I know Christianity), anti-morality, and anti-humanity! You cannot sink lower than that
