The Gambler

A remake of the 1974 classic replacing James Caan with Mark Wahlberg and journeyman director Rupert Wyatt. The truly exciting thing is that it has Brie Larson in her highest profile role yet and that lady deserves to be America's next Meryl Streep. The film follows a degenerate gambler/lit professor who runs afoul of gangsters played by John Goodman and Michael K. Williams. Omar coming, yo!
