Is it just me, or does the different gravel they're using on streets around Bend actually cause more dust in the air?

I was lookin' South down Wall St. the other day, kinda lookin' toward the sun, and I thought I was in a temporal warp. There was all this dust in the air and it looked just like the olden times.

Why if we traded in our motorized carriages and went back to horse n' buggy it could be boon to tourism, a real Western look, and the dusty roads would jes be taken fur granted!

Could one of the ace reporters at The Source look into this? Seems like the research on this may be faulty.
