Banjo pickin’ singer-songwriters Kendl Winter and Palmer T. Lee are a balance of opposites: traditional folk music with original tunes, city street-smarts with back-porch country sensibilities. This Washington-based duo are making waves with their quirky, toe-tapping tunes.
