Vía Láctea Opera Kickstarter

Vía Láctea is a new opera in English being created in Bend. This new work is the fictionalized account of one woman’s pilgrimage along the Camino de Santiago in Spain where she encounters an entertaining cast of sacred and profane characters, some real, others imagined, who offer both humorous and serious answers to her timely and timeless life questions. The libretto, by Ellen Waterston, is brought to operatic life by composer Rebecca Oswald.

Tower Theater June 10-12, 2016.  Tickets are on sale now at www.towertheatre.org.
