What in the World: The fourth GOP debate, Chipotle to reopen, and Obama will appeal US Court of Appeals decision

The fourth GOP presidential debate will air on Tuesday night  (11/10) on Fox Business Network. Eight Republicans will take the stage in the Milwaukee debate. Donald Trump and Ben Carson are currently the top two candidates in the polls. (Associated Press)

Chipotle plans to reopen restaurants in Washington and Oregon after an E. Coli outbreak that sickened 40 people. The chain didn’t find the source of the bacteria and says it’s ordering new supply of fresh ingredients. 900 test results showed no signs of E. Coli from the restaurants. (OPB)

President Obama will take his immigration plan to the Supreme Court after the Unites States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled against his plan to issue approximately five million immigrants work permits—which would protect most of the undocumented immigrants from deportation. The Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 against the president, which keeps a ban by a Texas federal district court judge in place blocking Obama’s actions. (The New York Times)
