Back for the 4th year, Bite Week is where taste meets hands-on experiences. Four days of tasting and education including chefs' dinners, demonstrations, classes and cocktail experiences hosted at locations throughout Bend. Bite Week is your opportunity to learn new flavors and techniques from some of Central Oregon's best. At this beer paired dinner, Deschutes will focus on the concept of both raw goods and produce traveling a full circle and coming together to create amazing fare.
