Cheap Trick and Kansas
ROCK—The rambunctious Cheap Trick, performing Wednesday, is just a warmup for Kansas (Saturday), whose graying members each have one foot in the grave. But the Americana revival makes the group surprisingly relevant again! And, yes, we all are dust in the wind. Chris Horner
PRESENTATION—One of America's fastest and most accomplished cyclists is from Central Oregon, and he's coming home to talk racing, training and leg shaving in advance of his annual Gran Fondo ride (see Sunday's pick). FUN—The Horned Hand is back! Not really. But its owners are, and they're celebrating the opening of their new mead hall.
