Night of Roller Derby Madness

This time of year, there aren't too many weeks when the Picks department lets a roller derby bout slip by without some sort of mention. But typically it's either the Lava City Roller Dolls OR The Renegade Rollergirls who get the press-not this time. It's BOTH leagues playing on the same night for the ultimate night of roller derby and you can make it to both bouts! Lava city plays at the Central Oregon Indoor Sports Center (20795 High Desert Ln.) at 6pm and then the Renegade Rollergirls have their "The Naughty Versus the Nice" bout at Midtown (51 NW Greenwood Ave) kicking off at 8pm. Christmas came early for roller derby fans this year.
