The force is strong for Disney who have already announced plans for Star Wars Episode VII, to be released in 2015. George Lucas, who directed six Star Wars films, was the sole shareholder and retained 100% creative control of Lucasfilm which brought theworld beloved sci-fi classics like the iconic Star Wars and Indiana Jones.
Disney now owns the rights to Lucasfilm, Marvel and Pixar. In other words, the trifecta of super-nerd film culture.
