Local author Ellen Waterston will be the featured presenter at this month's Central Oregon Writer's Guild meeting. If you enjoy hearing about our region chronicled through the eyes of a well-known nature poet, you will enjoy Waterston's talk.
Perhaps because of the anticipated higher turn-out than their usual monthly meetings, the guild will host Waterston at the Redmond Public Library tonight from 6:30 to 9:00 pm.
Past guild meetings have included the featured speaker's presentation, plus a few writing exercises aimed at helping boost the morale of local writers. The meeting is free and, as always, open to the public.
