Actually, this wasn't the real Easter Bunny nor was it actually Christ. Shocked? Yeah, so was I.
Rather, this was the headlining race last weekend at the ongoing 2010 Roller Rumble Race Series, which continues this Sunday at Silver Moon. At the event, racers sit atop single-speed bikes on rollers and race for 500 virtual meters. Winners of each night's events win prizes and spectators are welcomes -- because there's nothing like the mix of sweat and beer for some end-of-the-weekend entertainment.
Registration is at 6:30pm and races start at 7pm. Admission is $3 for spectators and $5 for riders. There are four more weeks to check this out, but we're not guaranteeing that you'll see Jesus there...or the Easter Bunny.
