PDXchange Brings Portland Cello Project and Loch Lomond to the Tower

In last week's issue, I profiled Loch Lomond, the Portland-based chamber folk pop act that features Bend native Ritchie Young. Tonight, Loch Lomond joins the Portland Cello Project for the latest installment of the PDXchange Program.

While the Portland Cello Project is a sight to be seen unto itself, expect a big sound from Loch Lomond, as well. In other words, don't show up late because Loch Lomond is kicking off the show. But after Portland Cello Project plays on their own, Loch Lomond will return to the stage for a collaborative set. Strings will be flying everywhere...so, so cool.

Also, I just got an e-mail stating that there will be free valet bike parking in front of the Tower tonight, thanks to Bend's Community Bike Shed.

Rather than explain what exactly a "rochestra" like Portland Cello Project sounds like, take a look below.
