Yes, that is Mark McGrath of '90s bleach-tipped pop group Sugar Ray and yes he does look more and more like KD Lang as he ages. Look for appearances from Judah Friedlander, Kelly Osbourne, Andy Dick, Billy Ray Cyrus, Perez Hilton, Al Roker, and Matt Lauer.
