Final Pose
It isn't clear whether they will provide chairs or if attendees will be "required" (ya'namaste) to sit in a pose or their yoga mat, but this is a special screening of "A Final Pose," a short documentary on the end of life journey of Sisters yogi Myra Fisher, which screened at Bend Film Festival, along with panelists from Bend Ashtanga Yoga, Compassion & Choices, Final Pose, and Partners In Care.

RiffTrax Live: Santa Claus
Just go with me for a second here: An outer space-based Santa Claus teams up with Merlin the Wizard to battle a demon on Earth that was sent by Satan to turn all children evil. The insanity on display in almost every frame makes this Mexican gigglefest a must see event for the entire family...as long as your family is cool. The life-sized dolls in Santa Claus gave me nightmares for weeks and now you can spread the love to your family as well! With narration by the Mystery Science Theater fellas, this should be a howlingly good way to ramp up to Christmas and all the disappointment and regret that brings!

A Christmas Story
This is the movie that made almost an entire generation afraid of shooting out their eye with a BB gun. It is the story of Ralphie Parker and his desire for a Red Ryder Carbine Action 200-shot Range Model air rifle and the misadventures that ensure when getting it. It is a true "Be Careful What You Wish For" parable while also nudging the viewer in the ribs and letting them know it will probably be worth it. The film terrified a generation of parents and gave multiple generations of kids several wicked ideas about how to get away with some dastardly hi-jinks. Modern parents might even appreciate the film more than early '80's parents did because it might inspire their kids to put away their phone and try to injure their peers.
