As Oregon’s wine harvest gets underway, Amaterra Kitchen + Social Club in Bend is giving diners a rare opportunity to taste the vintage while it’s still in the making.

On October 6, Amaterra’s Supper Session series will take a harvest-inspired turn, bringing Josue from the winery’s Portland location to Bend to share live updates from this year’s harvest. The evening’s welcome pour will include active fermentations from the 2026 vintage, offering a glimpse at the wines before they become finished bottles and a chance to taste the winemaking process in real time.

Chef Jeff Kelly will build the rest of the evening around the season, creating a three-course, family-style dinner inspired by fall’s freshest ingredients and incorporating freshly pressed grape juice from the harvest.

The Harvest Supper Session is part of Amaterra’s ongoing Supper Session series, which takes place every other month and brings different themes, seasonal ingredients and, at times, local partners to the table. The series offers a more intimate look at the people, ingredients and winemaking behind Amaterra. Tickets for the October 6 dinner are available for purchase here at $70 per person.
