Especially the pop tart, 20-something babes who think it’s so cute to let their dogs run free on the First Street Rapids River Trail while hanging onto UNATTACHED leashes. Hint: the leash attaches to your dog’s collar. It is not a fashion item. Obviously you can’t read. There are plenty of signs all along the trail. DOGS ARE TO BE ON LEASHES!

 
Yes, you! Your dog is not any more special than anyone else’s; he is just as annoying. Please…if you can’t follow a really simple rule and keep your dog on a leash, then go somewhere else. It would be most appreciated.
