MUSIC—The music in public places program strikes again, this time taking on upbeat Dixieland jazz tunes with the Summit Express Jazz Band. All the members of the assembled band have played with the Central Oregon symphony, and are on point in modern and classical compositions. 1 pm. Ridgeview High School, 4555 SW Elkhorn Ave., Redmond. 4 pm. Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village, 19800 SW Touchmark Way. Free.
