OK, his birthday is actually on Sunday, but given that there’s some sort of football game on that day, it’s better for reggae fans to celebrate tonight (Friday), which they can do up in the Midtown Annex.

The show features a slew of reggae bands playing your favorite Marley tunes and features a lineup including Sashamon, Chronicle, Alcyon Massive and Escort Service Band.

The show kicks off at 9pm and is $10 at the door. It’s 21 and up…sorry rasta kids.

Had he not succumbed to cancer in 1981, Marley would have been 66 on Sunday.
