My god, what year is it? Are we human with natural sexual impulses? Are pubescent kids immune to those impulses? Give me a fucking break! The only relevant questions regarding condom dispensing in the schools are: what do the adults say to the recipients as they run off to have sex with each other? And: how will we pay for the condoms?
