Aspect Boards & Brews, the skate and snowboarding shop that expanded a couple years ago to include 12 taps as well as sangria and a variety of canned beers, partners with Shred Town Food Cart to bring you a beer and a taco for a screaming deal from 2 to 5 pm daily.

The tap list at Aspect spans the gamut of local beers and ciders—while also dedicating one tap to light-beer lovers and old school hipsters with their PBR on draft. You’ll always find an Atlas cider as well as Boneyard’s RPM IPA. A rotating list of local brews provides plenty of variety to pair with your Shred Town taco. And this isn’t your ordinary ground beef taco.

Shred Town’s tacos can be made with pork, carne asada, chicken or veggies. Tacos are made with par fried white corn tortillas and include lettuce, onions, Shred Town sauce and cotija cheese.

Aspect offers the ideal west side hang out for happy hour, with a dog-friendly patio that features high tables perfect for watching the street life on Galveston. Play a round of cornhole, check out the latest skate gear in the shop and relax with your friends while enjoying the sunshine.

Pro tip: While not included in the happy hour offerings, order the fries from Shred Town and enjoy them with your beer on the Aspect patio. You’ll be dreaming of the fried deliciousness long after the fries are gone.
