I do love me a man in a uniform, but Mr. Lt. Chris Carney should know better.
Bend’s former public information officer resigned after Internal Affair documents revealed that the somewhat awkwardly named “Carney” (carnal? carnie?) had sex with three different City of Bend employees and a “member of the press” while on-duty.
The report reads somewhat like a Dr. Suess book, claiming that he did have sex with his clothes on, with his uniform on, in his gym clothes; at a house, in his car and he would, if he could, and he did, on a secluded street.
The names of the four woman were redacted from the report, sending the local media into a tizzy, who is she, who is she, this mysterious “member of the press”?
