Following a banner year of expanded offerings and runner retention, Ceiling: Unlimited will
be offering two women’s training groups this spring, with a new Skill-A-Day 10K Training
Group added to the mix!
“Beginner level classes for many sports are readily available, but often the second step is
missing”, says Michelle Poirot, founder of Ceiling: Unlimited. “The Skill-A-Day 10K group
fills this gap by giving established 5k runners the technical knowledge, strength, stamina,
and mindset resilience to amplify their mileage and speed, while they train for the spring
Happy Girls 10K race on 5/10.”
The Skill-A-Day 10K group starts 3/12/25. Runners can find more info at

Learn to Run Bend, Ceiling: Unlimited’s flagship 5K women’s training group, is the initial
step in a woman runner’s journey to her first 5K. This group provides the foundational
knowledge, support, community, and JOY that new runners need to succeed at creating a
new, lifelong fitness passion.
“Getting over the hump of being a beginner runner is a very real challenge, especially for
women busy with career and family. By making running fun and accessible, Learn to Run
Bend gives women the power to create a fitness habit that fits their lives and needs,
boosting their energy, mood, and health,” states Michelle.
Learn to Run Bend starts on 3/15/25 and will train for the Happy Girls 5K race on 5/10/25.
