Actually, I feel this place has gone down hill with the way it is run. I was a client for three years. Three of their employees left there because of the work conditions. I would highly recommend Three Sister’s Nails on the east side of town across from the hospital. It is appointment only. They don’t rush you, the employees are treated with respect, they are on time and don’t leaving you waiting for 45 minutes and nor do they don’t forget to write appointments down. The redeeming factor of Crescent Nails is there is a likelihood you can get an appointment quickly and they are not booked out a month in advance. I would rather wait though with a booked appointment and have a non rushed quality experience.
I have been going to Crescent Nails for 3 years and I love their service. The place itself is beautiful! The pedi chairs are high-tech. I am quite picky about my nails and they do a beautiful job!! Kathy S.
I live on the west side and used to drive across town to Solar Nails, ear Walmart, which also does a wonderful job, But I got tired of driving across town, so I tried Crescent Nails 3 years ago and love it. And Iโm glad I love it because I would never drive across town for a regular appointment, no matter how good another salon may beโฆ not with traffic as it is these days.
