Mt. Bachelor opens for summer activities today, June 26 under clear blue skies. The resort will welcome guests with live music by Snowcreek, a BBQ on the West Village Lodge deck, and beer tokens (while supplies last) from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

โ€œItโ€™s a gorgeous day to kick off the season,โ€ said Presley Quon Communications & Community Relations Manager. โ€œThe trails are riding really well, we had some snow and rain last week and trail crew has been out every day shaping and fine-tuning the berms, so the dirt is going to be nice.โ€

Little Pine and Pine Marten will spin daily for mountain biking, scenic chairlift rides, Sunset Dinners, and sightseeing. Bike Park trail offerings and lift operating hours can be found on the Mountain Report, along with Mt. Bachelorโ€™s new policy updates and advisories.

Recreating at Mt. Bachelor during the summer is a great way to beat the heat in town and is a convenient alternative to permit-only recreation areas. Mt. Bachelor offers stunning views of the sweeping landscape including the Cascade Range, alpine lakes, and wildflowers. Plus, parking is free and ample, and bathrooms, showers, retail, and dining services are open daily. Powered and non-powered camping spots are now available to book online.
