For the first time, Sunriver Resort is inviting artists and creatives of all experience levels to design the cover of its 2026 Traditions Guide, the resort’s annual guide to its holiday celebration and programming. The contest offers an artist the chance to have their original work featured to thousands of guests over several months. 

Illustration, painting, mixed media and digital artwork are all welcome. Artists–whether established or emerging–should submit only original work. AI-generated artwork will not be considered.

Sunriver Resort is looking for artwork that captures the magic of winter in Central Oregon and the spirit of Traditions, from snow-covered forests, mountains and rivers to wildlife, family traditions, outdoor adventure and those nostalgic moments that make the holidays feel special.

For local artists, it is a particularly nice opportunity to interpret a place they know and turn their own vision of a Central Oregon winter into a piece that will be seen by Sunriver Resort guests throughout the holiday season.
