That would be awesome 'I don't know why they will not just give them a designated area that is not being used as long as they keep it cleaned up. It would be cheaper in the long run. it wont do any good to give them citations if they have know where to go they are not there because they want to be but because there is no where for them to go and some of these people served our country they left one war to come home to fight another. A Homeless war" that is so sad.
