Vote 2020: Ballot Measure and Bond Results 

How voters are voting on marijuana in Deschutes County, state campaign finance reform and more in these updated results

Voters in Oregon, and those in Bend and Deschutes County, had some important measures and bonds to vote upon this election season.

In Bend, the City's Transportation Bond is a massive package that stands to help improve traffic flow in key areas, as well as adding infrastructure for those who don't use cars to get around. Deschutes County voters, meanwhile, are voting on expansions for the county library system, as well as weighing in on whether the county should allow new marijuana operations.

Statewide, voters are weighing in on a measure that would create the nation's first coordinated psilocybin therapy program, whether to rein in campaign finance and much more.

Here are the latest results from the day after Election Day at 3:04am. We will continue to update as results come in.

Deschutes County Measure 9-134 - No Prohibition on New Pot Businesses
57.91% NO
42.09% YES

Measure 9-135 – City of Bend Transportation Bond
59.16 YES
41.84% NO

Measure 9-139 – Deschutes Public Library Bond
52.26% YES
47.74% NO



Oregon Statewide Measures
Reported by the Oregon Secretary of State at 8:31am Wednesday morning.

Measure 107 – Campaign Finance Reform
YES at 78.12%

Measure 108 - Vape Tax
YES at 66.26%

Measure 109 – Clinical Use of Psilocybin
YES at 55.8%

Measure 110 – Drug Decriminalization
YES at 58.6%
