Mid Oregon Credit Union donated $75,000 to New Each Morning, funding one full year of operating expenses for The Juniper House.

The Juniper House is a new, transitional, sober living home empowering women who are graduates of alcohol and drug treatment programs. This home fills a crucial gap by offering a place that removes the barrier of unsafe or unstable housing so women can focus on continued healing, growth, and independence.

โ€œNavigating recovery and building resilience to stay sober can be incredibly challenging for women without access to safe housing, healthy connection, and empowering resources,โ€ says Kevin Cole, President and CEO of Mid Oregon Credit Union. โ€œWe are honored to support The Juniper House and New Each Morning as they create connection, build stability and hope for women in transition.โ€

Cathie Coe Sipe, Founder and Executive Director of New Each Morning and The Juniper House shared, โ€œThis property opens the door to long-term impact. With space for gardens, produce, chickens, and small livestock, the possibilities extend far beyond housingโ€”creating opportunities for healing, life-skills development, and future employment pathways. Thank you, Mid-Oregon Credit Union, for believing in the mission and walking alongside us as we turn this long-held vision into reality.โ€

The Juniper House will be holding a grand opening and open house on Sunday February 15, 2026, between 1:00 โ€“ 4:00 PM for anyone in the community to tour, celebrate, and support its launch. Learn more and RSVP atneweachmorning.org/juniper-house.
