With a fresh blanket of snow covering the mountains and more in the forecast, the countdown to ski and snowboard season is officially on. Our teams are deep in preparation mode for Opening Day, slated for November 29th. See below for a pre-season checklist so everyone is ready to hit the slopes as soon as we ring the bell for first chair.

Pre-Season Checklist:

1. Gear Up โ€“ First, find it. Dig through your closet, garage, storage unit–wherever you keep your gear in the off-season and bring it in for servicing. It’s always best to start the season with fresh wax and sharpened edges. Our Tune & Repair shop combines the latest technology with a team of highly-trained, certified professionals. We can handle all of your tuning and maintenance needs for skis and snowboards to ensure that your equipment performs like new again. Alternatively, skip the hassle and check out our rental offerings.

2. Get Fitted & Kitted โ€“ The Mt. Bachelor Sports Pro Shop has a huge selection of top-of-the-line skis, snowboards, boots, apparel, optics, and accessories. This fall only, take advantage of pre-season deals like FREE gifts with purchases over $150, 10% off for all 24/25 passholders, 10% off for non-passholders on purchases over $300, and up to 70% off clearance items from summer and last winter.

3. Elevate Your Experience โ€“ Treat yourself to a premium experience like seasonal valet and Fast Tracks. Skip the hassle of transporting gear to and from the mountain each day and get more turns on the busy days. Plus, new this year, enjoy the elevated ‘Gear-Up Lounge’ just steps away from Pine Marten Express.

4. Print or Check Your Pass โ€“ Whether youโ€™re reloading a pass from a previous season, printing a new pass, or buying a replacement pass, our Guest Service team is here to help. Check out our Pass Redemption webpage and take advantage of our Pick-Up Boxes (PUBs) for a seamless experience.

5. Get Hyped โ€“ Follow our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts to stay current on news, events, giveaways, and of course, snow content.
