Mountain View Roadhouse, in the former location of the Phoenix Restaurant on NE Bellevue Drive in Bend, is now open after several months of renovations.  

“There’s a new, comfortable, private lottery area, a 21+ bar, and we took out just a few of the booths to allow for banquet seating and groups of 20+,” Facilities Manager Michael Andrusco told the Source. “We have added a few TVs including a 150″ big screen to watch the games, and we will continue to work on the outdoor seating as we move into warmer days.” 

Mountain View Roadhouse is owned by the Traxler Group which manages 15 restaurants around Oregon.

“We’ve been calling it an American style Roadhouse with an influence of “Camping” cuisine. We think everyone will enjoy everything of course! But my personal favorites are the rainbow trout, Neapolitan style pizza and the desserts!”

For now, the restaurant will be open from 11am to midnight but Andrusco says they plan to open for breakfast in the future.
