Cascades Lakes Highway is closing on Tuesday, Nov. 13, from Dutchman Flats to Deschutes Bridge. Will open again in late spring/early summer after the snow melts. We’d say get one last ride in but it’s gonna be cold as ____ this weekend. So, (sigh) winter is upon us.
