This Wednesday, the Bend City Councilโ€”even after hearing from numerous people in a packed meeting against the ordinance changeโ€”decided to limit the number of temporary change of occupancy permits any one location could have to three per year.

The resolution passed by a single vote, with Mayor Casey Roats casting the deciding one. Councilors Sally Russell, Nathan Boddie and Barb Campbell all opposed the resolution.

The Source has opined against the resolutionย and have covered the TCO story and the noise ordinance one as well.
