Housed in an old mechanic's shop formerly known as the "Pine Shed," Spoken Moto is a spacious, welcoming hybrid of modern and retro, combining a coffee shop and vintage moto garage. PALATE

A coffee shop is located in a cozy bungalow in Old Bend. Though on the small side, this charming shop features beautiful hardwood floors, a fireplace and some of the nicest baristas in town. ANGELINE'S BAKERY & CAFE

In addition to delectable baked goods, Angeline's offers a lunch menu with vegan and gluten-free options. It's hard not to be in a good mood while visiting this fun bakeshop. With colorfully painted walls and a tiled floor that gives it a '50s diner feel, Angeline's is an ideal place to warm up after an afternoon in the snow. Another colorfully quirky spot, located in downtown Redmond. If you like your coffee shops family-owned and operated with plenty of comfy couches, this spot is right up your alley. With gluten-free and vegan baked good options, this family friendly spot is great before or after a day outdoors. Pro tip: try the scones. You're welcome. DUDLEY'S BOOKSHOP CAFE

This is a not-so-hidden jewel in downtown Bend, but when you walk into this delightful little bookshop it'll feel like you've discovered your very own secret hideaway. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and read the morning news — on your phone or in that old-timey paper edition. With exposed brick walls, bookshelves filled with new and used books, and an upstairs featuring little nooks to lose yourself in a good book, Dudley's will soon become part of your regular routine.
