For the second year in a row Portland has been ranked among the nation’s most courteous drivers. The Driver’s Seat Road Rage Survey measured behavior, observation and attitudes related to “road rage” as reported in America’s biggest cities. No word yet on how Portland’s bike community ranks. Our guess is not as well.
