The Way West is now open on SW Industrial Way. That’s the mash-up of a deli-brewery between Sisters Meat & Smokehouse and Bend Brewing Company. The flexible concept offers grab & go options, a full-service dining room or a hang at the bar.

There’s a meat market as well as a dinner menu, happy hour menu and bar menu. The meat market menu features a variety of sandwiches including smoked chicken, brisket, smoked roast beef, pork, turkey and a roasted broccoli veggie option. It also sells a variety of meats, cheeses, sides and sauces. The dinner menu offers a peachy pecan salad, smoked trout dip, hot honey Brussels, cowboy caviar and more. Happy hour is offered daily 3-5pm.

There’s seating inside as well as a spacious outside patio. The deli-bar is next to Sister Coffee Company on the ground floor of the Jackstraw apartment complex adjacent to the Box Factory.
