First Domino’s Store in Sisters is Now Open

The first Domino’s store in Sisters, located at 620 N. Arrowleaf Trail, is officially open and celebrating throughout the week by giving away free Domino’s swag with each order, while supplies last.

“We understand that local businesses are the backbone of this community, and we’re honored to join them,” shared Bryan Marx, the franchise owner of Domino’s in Sisters. “We look forward to building relationships, supporting local organizations and finding opportunities to contribute alongside our fellow business owners to make a positive impact. Having spent time in Sisters over these past years, we’ve seen firsthand what makes this community special. When we heard of the opportunity to open a store here, we became excited to invest in the community and become a part of that growth.”

Domino’s in Sisters features an open-concept pizza theater design, giving customers a front-row view of every step of the pizza-making process — from dough stretching and toppings to hot-from-the-oven pizzas. The store also offers a convenient pick-up window for carryout orders, as well as indoor seating.

The locally owned store is also looking to hire for 20 positions, including 10 delivery drivers and 10 customer service representatives.

“We hope that the location will not only support our community’s needs but also bring jobs, training and career opportunities to local residents,” said Marx. “While our stores are fun to work in, they also provide a fantastic growth path to those who show initiative and a desire to advance. More than 95% of Domino’s franchisees in the U.S. started off as delivery drivers or customer service representatives, including Marx. In 2007, he began working at Domino’s as a customer service representative at the age of 17. By 2010, he worked his way up to general manager while studying business at community college. As he grew within the brand, he left college to pursue the pizza business full time.

He later met his wife and business partner, Taryn, who started working for Domino’s in 2011. Together, they moved to Oregon to build a new life and establish a Domino’s in Prineville in 2018.
