In the wake of the tragedy at Silver Rail Elementary, NAMI Central Oregon is hosting a free therapeutic processing group for parents and guardians of Silver Rail Elementary School students.

Sunday, October 25 | 9 to 11 a.m., Kiln Coworking Space, 501 SW Hill Street, Bend, Oregon

When a tragedy impacts a school community, parents and caregivers are navigating their own emotions while also supporting their children. This gathering offers a space for parents to pause, connect with others, and process what has happened.

This will be a space to come together, share what youโ€™re feeling, listen to one another, and navigate the many emotions that can surface after something so painful. Trained facilitators will guide small group conversations, creating room for connection and support without pressure to have the right words or know exactly what you need.

No registration required. Just show up. Coffee and pastries will be provided.

A heartfelt thanks to Kiln Coworking Space for generously donating the space and helping make this gathering possible.

Please share this invitation with Silver Rail parents and guardians who may benefit from connecting with others during this difficult time. No one should have to navigate this alone.
