Michelle Poirot, head coach of Ceiling: Unlimited Health Coaching, is now in her fourth
year of offering running groups designed by and for women. Learn to Run Bend is Ceiling:
Unlimited’s flagship women’s 5K training group. Aspiring runners build a foundation of
fitness, running knowledge, and unusually – a robust movement mindset not found in other
training programs! LTRB meets twice weekly for 9 weeks starting 3/15/25 and will train for
the Happy Girls 5K.
Interested women can register for the free, online Info Night on 1/20/25 to learn:
-How Ceiling: Unlimited’s emphasis on movement JOY and community help
participants make running a lifelong, healthy habit
-Why a new runner might join a group specifically designed for women
-What gear is needed for day 1
-How fit a participant needs to be to join (hint: most folks are already good to go!)
-How a potential participant who is currently dealing with injury should proceed
-About the nutrition and strength clinics provided by local experts
-How Michelle’s experience and certifications set this training program apart from
others!
We’ll meet online for about an hour, with plenty of time for questions. Aspiring runners are
encouraged to bring their favorite nighttime beverage to our online session and learn about
Learn to Run Bend!
