I hope people will have better experiences with Praxis/High Lakes’ urgent care than I have received as a regular patient at one of their clinics. Apparently they have problems with their computer and communications systems. Multiple times over the years I have been told that my messages were not received. Multiple times I was required to drive to their clinic, get a hardcopy printout of a lab or x-ray request or prescription, then personally hand-deliver it to the lab/pharmacy.
That seems pretty weird to me. Good luck with High Lakes, y’all!
