Pahlisch Homes is excited to announce its annual
company-wide gathering, where team members from across the Northwest come together
in service to the local Central Oregon community. This annual event, which brings together
employees from every branch, is dedicated to impactful team-building and charitable
service, highlighting Pahlisch Homes’ commitment to supporting those in need.
This yearโs gathering will involve hands-on volunteer projects in support of four local
nonprofit organizations, with each team working collaboratively to address pressing needs
in the community:
Cascade Youth and Family Center
Employees will assemble โMove-Out Boxesโ for young adults transitioning out of
care and โShelter Arrival Boxesโ for those entering temporary shelter, helping
provide essential items to ease these life transitions.
The Giving Plate – Jingle Store
Teams will build bicycles to be gifted through the Jingle Store, oQering families an
opportunity to make the holiday season special for children in need.
Furnish Hope
Volunteers will construct dressers and nightstands for low-income families moving
into stable housing, creating functional and welcoming new living spaces.
Shepherdโs House
Participants will put together secure storage lockers for houseless individuals,
oQering a safe place for personal belongings and supporting dignity and security in
daily life.
