Cascades of Bend invites the community to take part in a special event that gives back to those who’ve served our country. On Wednesday, Aug. 13, residents of Bend and the surrounding areas can show their support for local Veterans by participating in a Drive-Through Food Drive benefiting Central Oregon Veterans Outreach (COVO).
This convenient, all-day drive-up event will be held at Cascades of Bend, 1801 NE Lotus Drive, allowing donors to simply pull in, drop off their non-perishable food donations, and drive away – no need to park or get out of your car.
As a heartfelt thank-you, everyone who donates will be invited back to the community on Thursday, Aug. 21, for a complimentary lunch. It’s a chance to connect with neighbors, enjoy delicious food, and celebrate the impact we can make together.
