ATHLETIC—The Deschutes Dash Sports Festival is now in its 13th year and this time around will host both Olympic and Sprint races on one day. ROCK—Tony Joe White’s 2016 release, “Rain Crow,” is good old-fashioned blues rock that would fit equally well at an outdoor music festival as it would in a dive bar.
