“The Founding Father’s couldn’t have imagined that the right to bear arms would someday encompass giant cybernetic killing machines!”
Considering that the US revolution was fought by private citizens who owned war ships loaded with cannons that could level entire coastal cities, I think the founding fathers actually could imagine! Those private citizens managed to win us our independence by defeating the greatest military in the world, which is why the founding fathers supported citizens bearing arms that could go toe to toe with any modern military.
Not that I want private citizens owning mecha suits, but the founding fathers literally would have wanted us to have them if the military had them. The founding fathers were seriously hard core after what they lived through!
