The Box Factory now has one more food option: Valentine’s Deli. Opened by native Oregonian Kari Johannsen and her husband Brian Korfhage, the deli serves sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts. I tried the hot Italian, a toasted sandwich with salami, pepperoncini, capicola, ham, provolone, pepperoncini, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, dijon, seasoning, and oil and vinegar on a po’ boy. It will be hard to try anything else because the flavors in that sandwich were spot on.
