Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum released the names of the top 20 worst charities in Oregon today.

Some of these charities collected millions of dollars and spent less than 10 percent on actual charitable causes. Instead, the charities on this list spent their money fundraising (read throwing parties) and paying administrators.

Though not a single charity on the list is based on Oregon, all are registered to do business here.
