A massive six mile restoration of Central Oregon’s Whychus Creek has begun.  Led by the Deschutes Land Trust, the effort will restore the creek to its historic channels and flood plains improving fish and wildlife habitat.  A wild steelhead returned on the Whychus this past year at Camp Polk – for the first time in 50 years.  This video with amazing drone images captures this unique landscape.
